The course covers the basic System setup of NV2/ME FMS. It is divided into following parts:

1. Major Setup, including Ledger Control, Account Period Setup, Currency Code, Chart of Accounts & Voucher Type
2. Analysis Setup
3. Help Setup, including Payment Terms, Standard Voucher and different Coding Setup
4. Control Setup, including Accounts Maintenance, Voucher Entry and Posting Setup, Duplicate Document Checking Control
5. Security Setup, including User File, User Group
6. Understand the usage of the System utilities to fix certain problems and perform special functions.
7. Use the Foreign Currency Revaluation to realize the exchange gain/loss of the foreign currency at a given exchange rate.
8. Use the Ledger Consolidation to merge various entity ledgers into one single ledger
