FlexSystem is one of the leading business software houses in Asia. Headquartered in Hong Kong with 6 additional offices in the region, we thrive in leveraging the latest technologies in order to bring added business value to our customers. We develop both packaged and specialist software applications, represent some global software brands and have a strong Systems Integration capability across multiple market sectors.

FlexSystem touches 1 in every 10 of the 2,000 customers on the Forbes 2000 list, 25% of companies within HKEX index and has helped an international base of private and public companies from over 42 countries to strive for business excellence across the world.

FlexSystem is flat structured like a start-up. We have more than fifteen autonomous regional commercial teams that leverage core FlexSystem technologies into specific vertical markets. We also have some central teams for R&D as well as R&D capability within specific teams; and create ad-hoc development teams / solution teams that come together for specific projects. This approach keeps the company nimble and able to respond quickly to market or underlying technology changes as well as absorbing large projects into the organization.

FlexSystem is a pioneer in leveraging technology to bring useful innovation to help our customers to achieve meaningful incremental changes within their business. Examples would be the launch of in-memory systems in 2011 and GPU based in-memory systems in 2013, the latter utilizing the multi-cores within a GPU to supercharge processing. In addition our US patent– pending Visualisation tool provides a visual exploratory tool to users with both innovations being designed to achieve ad-hoc or planned tasks quickly and easily. Everything we do is cloud ready, mobile enabled and our 5-tier FESA architecture provides a web service environment that supports HTML5 and Java.

Looking at each of the macro technology changes being Cloud, Mobile, Social, and Big Data, FlexSystem is innovating and pioneering in each of these areas in the context of what they mean to our business software users.

Responsibilities :
  • Lead a team in gathering and analyzing customer accounting and finance requirements by collaborating closely with client finance teams (Accountants, CFOs)
  • Translate client accounting workflows, regulatory compliance, and reporting needs into detailed functional specifications for our development team
  • Prepare proposals, solution designs, and cost estimates aligned with customer requirements and accounting standards
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clarity and feasibility of accounting system solutions
  • Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and solution presentations to build client confidence and ensure alignment
  • Validate system deliverables against accounting principles, statutory regulations, and client business rules
  • Stay current on Hong Kong accounting standards and best practices to continuously enhance the solution offerings
Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with a professional accounting qualification (e.g., HKICPA, ACCA, CPA Australia, or equivalent) preferred
  • Candidates with solid AUDITING experience are highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and relevant compliance requirements
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role in software or accounting systems is ideal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in a customer-facing consultant role, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to guide and advise customers based on leading accounting and industry best practices
  • Critical thinker and problem solver with a curious mindset and eagerness to learn continuously
  • Able to quickly learn new products, technologies, and accounting standards on the job to provide up-to-date solutions and recommendations.

Responsibilities :
  • Formulate AI and digital transformation solutions to address customer pain points
  • Manage and grow key corporate accounts to drive revenue growth
  • Plan and execute marketing events to identify new business opportunities
  • Perform product demonstrations and prepare proposals for potential customers
  • Coordinate internally to ensure successful implementation and customer support
Requirements :
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B account management experience in IT-related sectors
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua
  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts and a passion for AI technologies
  • Fast learner who values a work-life balance and a supportive personal development environment

Responsibilities :
  • Manage and grow key corporate accounts, building strong, long-term client relationships
  • Perform product demonstrations and presentations to address business needs like Accounting, HRMS, Finance Consolidation & Budgeting, ERP etc
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and convert leads for revenue growth and new business
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth solution delivery, implementation, and client support
  • Plan and execute marketing and promotional events for reaching new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Track sales pipeline, performance metrics, and forecasts using CRM systems
Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate account management or solution selling preferably within the software/IT sector
  • Proactive, self-motivated, result-oriented, and a strong team player
  • Proficiency in both written & spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Passionate about IT solutions and technology-driven careers
